Age Requirement
Clients under the age of 18 must have written parental or guardian consent prior to treatment. Parents or guardians are welcome to attend the consultation appointment, as this allows us to review full health history and ensure safe, appropriate treatment planning.
Booking & Appointment Changes
Appointments may be booked online, by phone at 778-985-7499, or by email at hello@pillarstoneskin.ca
A valid credit card or prepayment is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments.
We kindly require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will incur the full treatment fee. This policy allows us to respect the time of all clients and maintain the integrity of our schedule.
Arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for a relaxed check-in experience.
Deposits are non-refundable for missed appointments. A no-show fee will apply for failure to attend a confirmed appointment. A credit card is required on file for all bookings.

We kindly ask that all guests respect staff, policies, and the shared wellness space.
Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Interac e-Transfer.

Health Conditions & Medical Disclosure
Prior to treatment, clients are required to complete a detailed consultation form outlining medical history, current medications, allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy status, or other relevant health information.
If your health status changes at any time, please notify us prior to your next appointment so we can safely adjust your treatment plan.
Clients currently undergoing treatment for chronic medical conditions, autoimmune disorders, or cancer must provide written clearance from their physician prior to receiving services.
Certain treatments may be contraindicated during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to hormonal changes and skin sensitivity. Please consult your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.
While we take every precaution to ensure safety, we cannot guarantee that products or treatments are completely free from traces of allergens. Clients are responsible for disclosing all known sensitivities.
